💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to guide development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions for international projects. This is a remote role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and impact.
You will define architectures, ensure coding excellence, mentor developers, and collaborate directly with clients to align technology strategy with business objectives.

📌 Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end software development process across multiple projects.

• Define, implement, and maintain system architectures aligned with scalability and performance standards.

• Conduct code reviews, ensure clean architecture, and promote best engineering practices.

• Collaborate with QA, project management, and design teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

• Guide and mentor developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and teamwork.

• Participate in client meetings to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and drive innovation initiatives.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose relevant adoption strategies.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, including leadership or architecture roles. Years don't matter.

• Proficiency in modern backend and/or frontend frameworks (Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, React, Angular, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and integrations.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment practices.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage remote, cross-functional teams.
