💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with advanced technical expertise and a proactive mindset to ensure the highest quality standards in SMAGLOB’s international software projects.
You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, developing automated testing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.

This is a hands-on role focused on testing excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across multiple platforms and technologies.

📌 Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

• Participate in requirements analysis and provide input on technical design and potential risks.

• Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and validation through tools like Jira or similar platforms.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure end-to-end software quality.

• Perform regression, performance, and integration testing as part of continuous delivery pipelines.

• Collaborate in test documentation, release validation, and QA process improvements.

• Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality within the engineering team.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar roles, years don't matter.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Postman, Selenium, JMeter, or equivalent tools.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• English proficiency B2 or higher (spoken and written).

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
