💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Lead with strong leadership and technical skills to oversee quality assurance initiatives for international software projects. You will lead testing strategies, coordinate with development teams, and ensure world-class quality standards for SMAGLOB’s technology solutions.

📌 Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across multiple software projects.

• Define, implement, and maintain automated and manual testing processes.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality.

• Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and process improvement.

• Conduct test documentation reviews, risk assessments, and performance analysis.

• Report metrics and progress directly to SMAGLOB’s leadership.

• Support client discussions to position SMAGLOB as a trusted QA and technology partner.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance or related fields, years don’t matter.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and tools.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with Postman, Selenium, JMeter, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
