💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Executive with strong commercial and relationship skills to attract, engage, and retain clients for SMAGLOB’s technology and consulting services.
This person will identify potential customers, present tailored service proposals, and maintain long-term relationships that strengthen SMAGLOB’s global presence.

📌 Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through digital channels, referrals, and networking.

• Present SMAGLOB’s services in a clear, persuasive, and results-oriented way.

• Understand client needs and design tailored proposals and business solutions.

• Build trust-based, long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate with SMAGLOB’s leadership to align commercial strategies and objectives.

• Keep updated records of interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial roles, client acquisition, or account management.

• Strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).

• Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into service opportunities.

• Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
